Depends on the model: the S13 occupies 124×118 cm, the F20 requires more space, and the F30 occupies 216×193 cm. You also need at least 60 cm of free space around it and a minimum height of 230 cm. Check our dimension chart before purchasing.

Yes. A complete multipower machine allows for more than 40 exercises: squats, bench press, lat pulldown, rowing, military press, bicep curls, extensions, and functional exercises with the landmine. You only need to add an adjustable bench to complete the workout.

With a 2:1 ratio, you feel half the weight on the grip (easier to move, ideal for volume). With a 1:1 ratio, the resistance is direct (more precise for strength). The Fitness Tech F30 and S9000 models combine both systems for maximum versatility.

A Smith machine has a guided bar for free weight exercises (squats, press), while a conventional multi-station only uses selectorized weights and pulleys. Our F and S models combine both systems: Smith bar + integrated pulleys in a single machine.

To start, the Smith Machine S13 (from €679) or the F12 (120 kg load) are the most balanced options. They are compact, include all necessary accessories, and have safety systems with bar stops to train with confidence.

It depends on the model. The F20 and F30 models include iron plates (up to 200 kg). The S13 and F12 models use Olympic discs that you must purchase separately. We clearly indicate this on each product page before purchase.

The weight varies by model: the S13 weighs 110 kg and the F30 exceeds 520 kg. All products over 30 kg are delivered to the curbside. The home delivery service is optional and can be arranged separately with customer service.

The landmine is an accessory that allows anchoring a barbell on a pivot to perform pushing, pulling, and rotational exercises at an oblique angle. It is essential for functional exercises such as barbell rows, T-press, or core rotations. Included in the F models.

Models with a 50 mm bar (Olympic compatibility) support plates and bars from any standard brand. Proprietary accessories such as the Series F leg press, Pec-Dec, or J-cups are specific to each series. Check compatibility on each product sheet.

All our machines include a manufacturer warranty. We have specialized customer service and spare parts available. For detailed information about coverage and the claims process, contact our technical support team.

Yes. The integrated multi-grip pull-up bar, dip handles, and landmine system allow for pull-ups, dips, L-sits, and full calisthenics exercises. It is ideal for combining classic strength training with functional training in a single piece of equipment.

The Smith machines with a 7° angle offer a more biomechanical range of motion in some pushing movements. The vertical ones are more versatile for varied exercises and take up less depth space. Fitness Tech models are vertical, ideal for home and semi-professional use.
