Incline Linear Plate-Loaded Row: guided pull on linear bearings with three grips

The Fitness Tech Pro Series Incline Linear Plate-Loaded Row lever machine transfers the barbell bent-over row to a guided path, with plate loading and a carriage that slides on linear bearings. It works the latissimus dorsi, rhomboids, and posterior deltoids with a smooth pull and more stable execution than the free-weight barbell row.

It is a suitable option for high-performance sports training centers, bodybuilding clubs, and large fitness facilities, and is accessible to all levels thanks to its easy entry and exit. The user stands on the non-slip platform with the torso inclined, while the hips and lower body rest against a padded support.

The frame combines Q235 steel and 50 × 100 × 3 mm oval tubing with a double layer of electrostatic powder coating, a construction designed to preserve the finish despite continuous contact with plates and footwear.

Hip support for pulling with the back

The inclined pad secures the hips and lower body, keeping the posture stable so that effort is concentrated on the back rather than the lower back. A telescopic support with pin adjustment allows the support position to be adjusted. The two chrome-plated tubes guide the carriage in a straight line and maintain a consistent path with every repetition.

Three grips: neutral, supinated, and pronated

The bar features three grip types: neutral, supinated, and pronated. This allows users to vary hand orientation, change the emphasis of the pull, and adapt the exercise to different users and goals. The load is mounted with Olympic plates on both sleeves, while the two frame-mounted supports store plates that are not in use.
