The Professional Adjustable Gym Bench from Fitness Tech is designed to provide stability, versatility, and performance in strength training. Thanks to its reinforced frame and multi-position adjustment system, it allows for a wide variety of barbell and dumbbell exercises, adapting to different training types and user levels.
Its robust design features a frame made of 60 x 120 mm oval steel tubing, providing a solid base that ensures stability even during high-intensity sessions. Weighing 35 kg and with a load capacity supporting users up to 180 kg and an additional 200 kg of weight, this bench is built for demanding use in gyms, sports centers, or training rooms.
This adjustable gym bench allows you to work different muscle groups thanks to its adjustable backrest and seat system. The backrest offers six adjustment positions ranging from flat to nearly vertical (0°, 25°, 40°, 55°, 80°, and 87°), enabling exercises such as flat bench press, incline press, dumbbell military press, or shoulder work.
The seat has three adjustable positions (17°, 35°, and 55°) that help maintain proper posture during training and improve user stability during inclined exercises.
